The Philadelphia unemployment project won a large victory at the beginning of the year with a moratorium on Sheriff Sales. The moratorium was successful sales on 1400 homes end Sheriff in January, that people the possibility to request relief and help in the rescue of their homes.
Philadelphia homeowners who recently lost their jobs or are underemployed have the possibility of their homes through emergency home and homeowners loans programme (EHLP) store.
